About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal AI Architect to join our team at Hewlett-Packard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the development of the organization's AI strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation through AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership: Align AI initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Define the technical architecture for complex AI systems, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Advanced Research and Development: Conduct advanced research in AI and machine learning, exploring emerging technologies, algorithms, and methodologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor and advisor to ML engineers and data scientists, providing guidance on technical design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Quality Assurance and Governance: Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for AI development, ensuring that solutions meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
Requirements
  • Advanced Degree: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven Experience: 4 years working as an AI Architect, AI Engineer, or similar role, with a track record of delivering innovative AI solutions.
  • Deep Expertise: Machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI-related fields.
  • Strong Programming Skills: Languages such as Python, C++, or Golang.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to influence and inspire technical teams and stakeholders.
