Job Summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced AI Architect / Tech Lead to join our Group AI team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a high-performance cloud-based data and AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to design and develop a cloud-based data and AI platform.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams to automate the build and run of the AI platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including vendors, to make optimal technology decisions.

Requirements

  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, provide technical guidance.
  • Cloud: Proficient with cloud platforms – AWS and Azure.
  • Automation: Proficient with DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps; can drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in enabling security and compliance.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external teams, including vendors, to make optimal technology decisions.
  • Broad technology experience, including platforms, data, AI, APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
