Job Title: Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer

Idrica is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer to lead the development and implementation of a world-class ethics and compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and lead an effective Ethics and Compliance Program based on global best practices.
  • Drive proactive compliance leadership and engagement to ensure colleagues are responsible for compliance with policies, processes, controls, and other initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes to promote awareness and understanding of expectations.
  • Conduct risk assessment and mitigation activities to identify and address potential compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement a method for employees to raise ethics and compliance concerns, including anonymous reporting.
  • Lead and/or support investigations to ensure matters are closed quickly with appropriate remediation.
  • Develop and evaluate compliance metrics to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Liaise with internal Trade Compliance and Data Privacy Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with ethics and compliance issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree or Law Degree preferred.
  • Professional compliance professional certification, such as CESCOM or CCEP-I.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency.
  • Unquestioned integrity and ethics in business and personal conduct.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to detect emerging ethics/compliance trends and develop appropriate responses.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
