As a Bilingual Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in ensuring that user-generated content across various platforms adheres to the company's established guidelines and standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough moderation of content on multiple platforms in accordance with company policies.
  • Evaluating user-generated submissions for any inappropriate, harmful, or offensive material.
  • Responding promptly to user inquiries and reports related to content moderation.
  • Collaborating with clients to create effective strategies and guidelines that foster a safe online environment.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
  • Producing regular reports on moderation activities and performance metrics.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members to ensure a uniform approach to content moderation.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in content moderation or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of current online trends and user behavior.
  • Ability to make swift and precise decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage sensitive situations.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A valid EU passport or ID is required.
