Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

Oversee financial operations, including cash management, expenditure tracking, payment processing, and budget forecasting. Collaborate with external advisors on legal, taxation, and compliance matters. Manage contracts and documentation, ensuring adherence to company protocols and local laws. Supervise the preparation and submission of reports, presentations, and critical documents. Assist the Managing Director with tasks related to the organization.

Office Oversight:

Lead the local office team. Manage facility operations and liaise with property owners. Coordinate travel arrangements in accordance with company policies. Cultivate relationships with service providers, including accountants, legal advisors, and financial institutions. Negotiate agreements with vendors and renew contracts as necessary to support business functions, including mobile services. Organize corporate events and assist with additional projects as required.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Spanish. Experience in a dynamic, multitasking role within an international context. Demonstrated expertise in facility management, administration, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience in a multifaceted role involving general administration, facility oversight, and personnel management. Self-motivated with strong multitasking capabilities. Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
