Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee to join our team in the Southern Europe Cluster. As a Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio and communication strategy for a group of Self Care brands across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies for the group of products or brands across the cluster.
- Collaborate with country Brand Activation teams and Regulatory Teams to ensure flawless execution on key initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) by cluster/market, including net sales, market share, and media campaign tracking.
- Analyze consumer research data and develop concrete action plans to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our brands remain competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
- Previous experience in consumer healthcare and/or goods marketing is highly advantageous.
- English proficiency is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, and Greek are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong business, financial, and digital acumen.
- Consumer and customer focus with sharp analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence them.
- Proactive and creates a sense of urgency to meet objectives.
- Basic project management skills; sensitive to creativity.
