About the Role:

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Payments Specialist to join our global manual payments team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of manual payments worldwide for Bayer and Monsanto companies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual payments worldwide, adhering to process documentation and monitoring exceptions for countries.
  • Manage inbound/outbound queries (calls/mails, others) in an efficient and timely manner, meeting specific SLA requirements.
  • Support the implementation of various projects within the team, stabilizing activities to provide excellence in quality and delivery on a daily basis.
  • Maintain interactions with Senior Associates, Experts, Team Leaders, Operations Managers, Bayer Legal Entity, and other departments.
  • Contribute to the documentation process and improvements.
  • Support and adapt to future changes in the team/organization related to processes/projects/activities/tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Controlling, Finance, Economics, or similar field.
  • Professional experience in Accounting/Treasury.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to prioritize, analyze, plan, and coordinate workload independently and support the team.
  • Excellent English/Spanish language skills (written/spoken) and additional European language is valuable.
  • Advanced MS Office/SAP knowledge is valuable.
