Senior Knowledge Expert

As a Senior Knowledge Analyst within Boston Consulting Group's Payments and FinTech Practice Area, you will be part of a growing global team that provides industry and functional expertise and insights. You will work closely with case and proposal teams to develop knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex issues.
- Support the development of existing and new intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Payments and FinTech Practice.
- Collaborate with business leaders to commercialize knowledge assets, including marketing efforts, conferences, and publications.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding junior colleagues, as well as sharing best practices within the team.
- 2+ years of consulting experience in Payments and/or FinTech, with candidates having consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required, with 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in Payments.
- Strong understanding of the payments and broader financial services industry.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
