About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our customers, ensuring that our laboratory instruments are functioning optimally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Support: Provide on-site support and maintenance to customers, including troubleshooting and commissioning of laboratory instruments.
  2. Instrument Installation: Install and configure laboratory instruments, including network configuration and implementation of Digital Pathology equipment.
  3. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and submit reports in a timely manner, including Salesforce reports, expenses, and spares stock management.
Requirements
  1. Education: Educated in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electronical Technology.
  2. Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of network configuration and TCP/IP networking components in a Windows environment.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate across different levels internally and at customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Field Service Experience: Previous experience in a Field Service role.
  2. Pathological Anatomy Knowledge: Knowledge of pathological anatomy and its applications.
