Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling services to our existing customer base, achieving sales targets, and developing new accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sell services to the existing customer base
  • Achieve Service sales targets
  • Develop new accounts
  • Maintain personal contact with all existing accounts
  • Prepare offers, follow-up, negotiation, and order closing
  • Record all activities and cases in CRM and monthly reporting
  • Follow-up and development of existing agreement base

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in industrial service related sales (equivalent education or training will be considered)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Prior experience with cranes is a plus

Skills and Qualifications

  • Pro-active person, focused upon our customer
  • Driven sales focus, able to add value to our customers' business
  • Higher education - 1st level University degree
  • Knowledge of the lifting equipment market will be a big plus
  • Skills to build good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Independence and good organization of work
  • Ability for travelling within the Mediterranean region

Language Requirements

  • Spanish
  • Excellent command in English
  • A 2nd foreign language will be very much valuable

Reports to the Country BA Manager
