**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Creative Strategy Director to join our Marketing team in a hybrid role. As a Strategy Director, you will be a leader who opens the aperture of opportunity, highly collaborative, and a perspective on brands & consumers.
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Play a critical role in defining our creative direction & strategy, conceiving and executing campaigns, producing creative assets, and developing ideas for how our brands' value propositions and positioning come to life.
- Support the Head of Global Brand & Creative to fully realize industry-shaping creative that will live in longform film, digital editorial, and social content.
- Position our brands to be distinct and meaningful in the minds of customers through omni-channel creative strategy and execution & next best action planning.
- Partner across the company to develop a deep understanding of our brands' needs, to leverage insights that solve strategic problems, and to evangelize for the power of great creative work to shift perception and drive results.
- Deep craft experience in your creative field with highly developed ability to develop strategic thinking and creative concepts that result in compelling campaigns and creative work.
- A finely tuned aesthetic vision and craft application, and high design sensibility, evidenced across your photography, film, editorial, and integrated creative projects.
**What You Need to Succeed**
- 8+ years of senior-level experience in a creative field.
- A unique perspective, ability to speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
