About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team, playing a crucial role in our strategy. As our Recruiter, you'll be responsible for headhunting, screening, and recruiting top talent, essential for our mission to reforest the planet. The ideal candidate will set high standards for employee quality, be open to feedback, adaptable, and willing to navigate the challenges of this role. HR responsibilities will be secondary, but still important.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and headhunt future recruits
  • Manage the recruitment process with company directors
  • Onboard and offboard employees
  • Contribute to creating a thriving company culture
  • Organize team-building events
  • Manage employee documentation and contracts
  • Liaise with the Tree-Nation HR gestor
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Develop and maintain HR policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish administrative system
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and Slack
  • Experience handling administrative tasks and confidential information
