About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Sin nombre. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying additional tools and features that can be upsold to new customers, retaining existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to existing customers;
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded;
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction;
  4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support;
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions to our customers.
Requirements
  1. Fluent Italian language skills (native speaker or equivalent);
  2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  6. Knowledge of CRM systems and software;
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
