About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for guiding large and complex AWS customers along their multi-year journey to the cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of cloud migrations and deployments.
  • Develop and execute education plans to ensure customer success and adoption of AWS services.
  • Work closely with customer leadership to drive strategic initiatives and translate them into executable actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading complex cloud transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AWS services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services.
  • Robust understanding of key technology and market trends.
  • PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified.
