**About the Role**

**Reporting to the Global Senior Director of Corporate Development, you will be a highly visible member of the Empresa Reconocida Corporate Development team, providing first-rate representation of the company, and building on our existing credibility, to position Empresa Reconocida as a global partner of choice for innovative, orphan and value-add medicines.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and support the development of a profitable and sustainable pipeline, that can deliver three to five new product launches per year.
  • Coordinate the evaluation of potential licensing and co-development deals, and develop the deal thesis used to gain board approval.
  • Plan the operational handover following completion of deals.
  • Identify potential acquisition targets and coordinate their evaluation.
