Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Product to lead our RNG Table Games and Live Dealer product portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the quality and profitability of our products on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with our company vision and goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage product roadmaps and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams to inform product vision, strategy, and features.
  • Ensure products meet responsible gambling and social responsibility standards.
  • Measure product success and provide data-driven insights to inform future product development.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Leader or similar role in the online casino gaming industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience managing product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Narrative skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer-first mindset and understanding of systems, mechanics, and feature design.
  • Comfortable with Excel and spreadsheets.
  • Proactive self-starter attitude and excellent collaboration skills.
