About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Organizational Development team at Canonical. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent development and culture strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for talent development and culture that drives business results and enhances our company culture.
  • Lead the development and delivery of management curricula, training programs, and leadership development initiatives that support the growth and development of our leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational change initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve our company culture.
  • Develop and manage a team of organizational development specialists who will support the implementation of our talent development and culture strategy.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to our leaders to help them develop the skills and competencies needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and manage our company's personal development budget and ensure that it is aligned with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Exceptional academic track record and relevant experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in people management and budget management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company events and meetings.
