Senior Product Specialist Aviation

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our team and drive the success of our sustainability compliance software product.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including airlines, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with aviation and sustainability regulations, keeping up to date with the latest industry standards and guidelines.
- Provide product training and support to internal teams and customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and regulatory reports.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of aviation operations, aviation regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental change in the aviation industry.
- Certification in product management.
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment.
- Financial and cost management knowledge and experience.
