Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead our commercial activities with Chinese OEMs in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to establish effective strategic customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic relationship management plans to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Manage key customer relationships, resolving issues and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with our JV partner in China to meet company objectives.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, write, and read Mandarin is essential.
  • Experience in championing customer focus in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in clarifying customer needs and requirements.
  • Exposure to budgets and negotiations at regional level.
  • Ambition and ability to lead and manage others.
