About the Role

Mygwork is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As an In-Stock Manager for Consumables/Grocery Products, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of our Fresh Supply Chain Programs in Spain.

You will lead high-impact projects within the supply chain management for Fresh in Spain, collaborating with Pan-EU teams and tech teams based in EU and NA. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing supply chain project management strategies for Fresh in Spain.
  2. Driving process improvement opportunities, with a focus on efficiency and scalability, working with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
  3. Managing senior stakeholders from different teams, including retail and tech, and influencing others to achieve business objectives.
  4. Managing large-scale data to drive decision-making and inform business strategies.
  5. Defining the supply chain strategy for Fresh in Spain, learning from other countries, businesses, industries, and competitors.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Multiple years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, and project management, or as a strategy consultant.
  2. Fluent English language skills.
  3. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or a similar field.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to drive data-driven argumentation.
  5. Experience working with complex data sets.
  6. A business-focused approach, combined with a strong hands-on, results-oriented mentality and the ability to work strategically.
  7. A proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
  8. Highly analytical, flexible, action-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work with computer databases and tools.
  9. An effective communicator, working with internal teams and external partners and vendors.
  10. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun at work.
Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, experience with Excel and analytical techniques, as well as SQL, would be highly beneficial.
