**Job Summary**
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Stock Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of our Fresh Supply Chain programs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage supply chain project management for Fresh products in Spain.
- Drive process improvement opportunities, focusing on efficiency and scalability, working with technical teams, vendors, and operations teams.
- Manage senior stakeholders from different teams, influencing others to achieve business objectives.
- Manage large-scale data to drive decision-making and inform business strategies.
- Define the strategy of the supply chain for Fresh products for the next years, leveraging best practices from other countries, businesses, industries, and competitors.
**Requirements**
- Multiple years of working experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management, preferably with a strategy consulting background.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with the ability to drive data-driven arguments.
- Experience working with complex data sets and a business-focused mindset.
- A proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Good knowledge of Excel and analytical techniques.
- Experience with SQL is a strong plus.
