About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-Stock Manager to lead our Fresh Supply Chain Programs in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the way Spanish customers buy Consumables/Grocery products online.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage supply chain project management for Fresh in Spain, focusing on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Drive business decisions in a high-pressure environment, challenging existing processes and customer experience.
  • Manage senior stakeholders from different teams, influencing others to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage large-scale data to drive decision-making and define the strategy of the supply chain for Fresh in Spain.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Maths, or similar field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Experience working with complex data sets and a business-focused approach.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas in a fast-paced online environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of Excel and analytical techniques.
  • Experience with SQL is a strong plus.
