We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our sales team, driving business growth by consistently exceeding sales targets and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective cold calling strategies to generate leads and drive business growth
  • Guide team members in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and internal stakeholders
  • Identify client business needs and align our company's products/services as solutions
  • Provide regular feedback and mentorship to improve individual and team performance
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for achieving sales goals and drive business growth
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Demonstrated 1-3 year experience managing a sales team and driving business growth
  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas and drive business growth
  • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills to drive business growth
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office to drive business growth
