We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our sales team, driving business growth, and fostering strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Guide team members in building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify client business needs and align our products/services as solutions.
  • Provide regular feedback and mentorship to improve individual and team performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated 1-3 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
  • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
