Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Almazora Motors Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and develop maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Prepare and manage maintenance schedules to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of maintenance workers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment, and ensure that all items are properly stored and secured.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations and practices are followed at all times.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance work to prevent equipment failure and downtime.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, maintenance management).
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
