About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Manager to join our team at Alphaconsult Kg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of aircraft maintenance and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the technical aspects of aircraft maintenance, including storage and de-storage procedures.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and coordinators to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics and supply chain management systems to minimize lead times and costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless communication and delivery of information, parts, and tools.
  • Manage access to aircraft and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support to production and quality teams as needed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead time, OTD, and FTR.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance and logistics.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in French and German.
