Job Summary

The Project Documentation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper management and delivery of project documentation to meet contractual requirements and payment milestones. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with external documentation suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the compilation and delivery of project documentation to meet contractual requirements and payment milestones.
  • Work with external documentation suppliers to define their scope of work and ensure timely delivery of documents.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective documentation supply.
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure accurate delivery of documents in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Request documentation from the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of payment milestone documents.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience working in quality-related fields.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP software.
  • Willingness to continuously expand knowledge and skills.
