Job Title: Digital Media Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Planner to join our team at Starcom Melbourne. As a Digital Media Planner, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of digital media strategies for top-tier clients, managing digital media plans, and negotiating and purchasing media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of digital media strategies for top-tier clients
  • Manage digital media plans, including negotiating and purchasing media
  • Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities
  • Manage campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation processes
  • Interact daily with digital media publishers and maintain rapport
  • Analyze research data and media/marketing information, sharing insights with clients
  • Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance, assisting in strategic analysis of campaigns
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital planning
  • English language proficiency (B2 or higher)
  • Proficiency in digital planning tools, including Campaign Manager, Integral Ad Science, GFK, and Excel
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
  • Ability to develop clear, compelling, and persuasive client reports
  • Ensure key information is provided to the team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, and changes in account status
  • Able to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
  • Writes in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
  • Organizes ideas and information logically and sequentially
