About the Role:

Starcom is seeking a skilled Media Planner to join our team. As a Media Planner, you will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media plans that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media plans that meet client objectives and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
  • Monitor and analyze media performance to optimize campaign results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure innovative and effective media strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in media planning, with a strong understanding of digital media channels.
  • Knowledge of media planning tools and software, including ComScore, Google Trends, and Kantar.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 or more).
  • Experience with media planning software and tools.
  • Knowledge of digital media channels, including display, SEM, SEO, affiliation, social, and programmatic.
