About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional PSS Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving the central operational elements of New and Existing Partnership Stores in Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational concepts and procedures to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with retail departments to ensure seamless integration of processes and sharing of best practices.
  • Build and manage store P&L from scratch, including budget preparation and financial analysis.
  • Manage franchising partnerships in Spain and Portugal, with a focus on the Footwear industry.
  • Assist in compiling market strategies for PSS development and support country teams in evaluating and recruiting new Partners.
  • Liaise with buying groups and mall operators to educate on our requirements for new locations.
  • Work with construction, visual merchandising, and marketing departments to ensure new store openings are delivered.
  • Coordinate VF approval processes and contract issuing with the legal department.
  • Provide forecasts, budgets, and estimates for PSS stakeholders.
  • Manage the Partners Store Communication process with stakeholders.
  • Develop Timberland store product assortments for various store types on a seasonal basis.
  • Ensure execution through managing local Partnership Stores Coordinators and Partnership responsible teams.
  • Distribute retail training in product knowledge and selling concepts.
  • Analyze and utilize data to improve Partnership Stores' performance and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build diverse relationships.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage project timelines.
  • Ability to make decisions independently with limited direction and visibility.
  • Proficient in Excel with advanced skills in building financial models and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial parameters and budgeting processes.
  • Experience in managing franchising partnerships, particularly in the Footwear industry in Spain and Portugal.
  • English fluency and one other European language desirable.
