Sandoz Iberia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Global Head of Procurement and Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic goals and implementing category management strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement category strategic goals from overall Procurement strategy and Ecosystem management.
- Derive game-changing strategies by defining clear category objectives, working with analytical data, business stakeholders, and market expertise.
- Align strategies to measurable targets and clearly convey them to the organization.
- Project the dynamics and impacts of mergers and acquisitions, and extract, cleanse, and consolidate information to fact-based insights for further usage.
- Participate in and/or lead financial discussions, applying financial knowledge to participate actively in budgeting processes, including tax aspects in sourcing strategies and structuring sophisticated deals with ecosystem partners.
- Map the value chain, analyzing it, and deriving potential scenarios, including the understanding and application of total cost of ownership and should cost modeling.
- Compliance and risk management: support reports to determine appropriate compliance levels, monitor end-to-end compliance, and derive corrective actions to improve compliance.
- Plan, organize, and manage projects, considering priorities, resources, budgets, issues, and constraints to achieve desired results.
- Support the definition and implementation of Procurement tools and processes, managing data analysis and reporting, analyzing spend, demand, supply markets, and competitors.
- Demand management: ensure the right balance between business needs and Sandoz' strategy, accountable to work with stakeholders to identify the most cost-effective ways to deliver business objectives.
- Sourcing and supplier relationships management: execute the Source-to-Contract process, including respective strategies, approaches, and methods, preparing and conducting fact-based negotiations.
- Business Partnering and Engagement: actively enlist SLT members and senior business partners' support within Commercial functions at global and regional levels, achieving results by proactively building long-term, sustainable, and effective relationships.
- Change Management: act as an impactful change leader within the PLT, for your team, and with your stakeholders.
