About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kam Facial Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our commercial division, you will be responsible for leading and developing our facial and body contouring product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Key Account Management: Lead and develop a group of skilled strategic key accounts, driving growth and ensuring customer retention.
  2. Cool Sculpting Team Leadership: Coach and manage a team of two people to develop and execute account plans, delivering on target performance.
  3. Competitor Intelligence: Gather and coordinate competitor intelligence, feeding it into marketing and commercial strategies to ensure the creation of cohesive value propositions.
  4. Value Proposition Development: Develop and coach the PDMs to enable them to deliver innovative co-created value for clients, driving growth for both the client and Importante empresa.
  5. Team Coaching and Mentorship: Coach and mentor the team to actively project manage and report on long-term growth driver co-created objectives and actions via key account plans.
  6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement tools for data analysis with KAMs to enable them to drive growth, forecast, and accurately produce sales reviews for accounts.
  7. Solution Development and ROI Evaluation: Define and manage the solution development process, develop a differential value proposition, and evaluate the ROI for the customer and the company.
  8. Opportunity Management: Manage the funnel of short- and mid-term opportunities and pre-formulate specific project management requirements.
  9. Customer Support and Evaluation: Provide post-deployment customer support and evaluation.
  10. Business Insights and Strategy Development: Analyze business insights and data to elaborate strategy based on account analysis and develop strategic plans supported by data.
  11. Value-Based Opportunities: Engage with the customer in the account planning process and work collaboratively to identify value-based opportunities.
  12. Value Proposition Creation and Defense: Create and defend a solid value proposition versus competitors, demonstrating mutual ROI.
  13. Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate and reach agreement on company engagement and specific deals, specifying resource commitments and allocations internally.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Significant experience in high-level key account management and business planning with experience in dealing with data-based methods for the formulation and monitoring of methods and results.
  • Range of industry experience: Devices and Pharma.
  • Proven sales success essential.
  • Profitability analysis.
  • Sales management experience, ideally in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in marketing and consulting desirable.
  • Track record of coordinating resources across a S&M organization to deliver outstanding service to individual customers.

Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, or Seville.
