About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to join our team in Ciudad Juarez. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for adding value through knowledge in process engineering, supporting the stabilization and lifecycle of continuous improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business metrics and financial results through process and product design improvements.

Responsibilities

* Add value through knowledge in process engineering to support the stabilization and lifecycle of continuous improvement projects
* Respond quickly to operations in technical resolutions, manufacturing scalability, and process/product development
* Complete projects in your work area or with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted flow of components for assembly operations
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to work activities in your area of responsibility
* Complete training in the area of responsibility within the allotted time period, including retraining in areas such as safety and environment
* Promote safety to all associates entering the work area
* Lead and execute projects focused on reducing variation caused by process and/or product design that positively influences business metrics and financial results
* Maintain updated work plans for projects throughout the year, including design changes, process changes, and cost improvement projects
* Identify and execute cost-improvement projects to support manufacturing and supplier supply chain objectives
* Provide technical support for the approval and validation of changes and improvements in processes within your manufacturing site and/or with suppliers

Qualifications

* Engineering Degree; Master's or Doctorate in Science or Engineering preferred
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
* Skills in group dynamics, ability to work multifunctionally, and obtain collaboration between multiple functional groups
* Effective communication skills, both written and oral
* Project management skills, ability to lead teams in different locations executing projects
