About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Pricing Strategist to join our team at ALTERNATIVE LOANS EXPERIENCE TECHNOLOGIES IP. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our healthcare products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Pricing Strategies: Create and implement pricing strategies for healthcare products and services, analyzing market trends, competition, and customer insights to optimize pricing decisions and ensure competitive positioning in the healthcare market.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on healthcare market dynamics, including regulatory changes, insurance reimbursement rates, and healthcare policies. Use findings to identify opportunities and risks, guiding strategic pricing adjustments.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and forecast pricing impacts accurately. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness and propose adjustments as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and market demands. Communicate pricing strategies, recommendations, and outcomes clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and healthcare economics.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a track record of developing successful pricing strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with the ability to interpret complex market data and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain pricing strategies and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve pricing strategy objectives.
