The Challenge

The Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) is a critical component of OneTrust's global sales organization, responsible for 85% of the company's recurring revenue. As the market evolves and products develop, this team is at the forefront of customer interaction and success.

Your Mission

  1. Design and Deliver Educational Programs

Develop and implement continued educational programs for enterprise sales representatives and sales managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to drive success.

  1. Strategize and Collaborate

Work closely with Sales Strategy and Senior Sales Leadership Team Members to identify key initiatives and develop strategies to drive business growth.

  1. Liaise with Cross-Functional Teams

Build and maintain relationships with Product Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to gather insights and develop content that supports the enablement strategy.

  1. Collect and Analyze Feedback

Gather feedback from stakeholders and analyze data to refine the enablement strategy and identify areas for improvement.

  1. Develop Soft Skill Programs

Design and deliver programs to develop soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, to enhance the sales team's performance.

  1. Design Enablement Calendars

Develop quarterly enablement calendars to ensure consistent and effective delivery of enablement initiatives.

  1. Launch and Assess Programs

Ensure the successful launch and assessment of focused strategic enablement programs, measuring their impact and making adjustments as needed.

  1. Drive Outcomes with Data Insights

Collaborate with Senior Leaders to review data and develop programs based on insights, driving business outcomes and growth.

You Are

  • A strategic team leader with a cross-functional mindset.
  • A self-motivated and confident individual with the ability to build and deliver playbooks and trainings.
  • An excellent communicator with a bias towards action.
  • A dynamic and adaptable individual ready to drive business growth.

Your Experience Includes

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying position, preferably in a strategic segment.
  • Certification in or experience with the Command of Message Sales Methodology, Value Selling, or Challenger Seller.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Proof of delivery of sales training programs/playbooks.
  • Experience supporting and/or leading cross-functional teams.
  • A willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
