Position Summary: The Sales Operations Analyst is primarily tasked with the development and upkeep of Power BI reports. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of how company data is generated and managed, requiring ongoing collaboration with IT and various global departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce intricate Power BI reports featuring custom measures and parameters to bolster sales initiatives.
- Develop datasets tailored to analytical requirements, integrating external data sources as necessary.
- Engage in regional and global projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with IT teams to establish processes and data specifications.
- Assist the team with data validation efforts.
- Maintain proficiency in various sales systems and programs, such as Power BI, Power Query, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to facilitate troubleshooting and training.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A degree in Engineering, IT, or Economics is preferred.
- A proactive learner with a keen interest in data analysis and software proficiency.
- Exceptional time management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor.
