About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for the fixed cost of Delivery Stations in all EU countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Amazon Logistic metrics to identify cost-out opportunities by linking up operations and financials.
  • Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions, promoting business improvements and cost reductions.
  • Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
  • Supervise and own the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor peers and team members, while promoting knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in a financial role.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Passion for diving into the vast and complex details of productivity and cost measurements.
  • Willingness to support an unpopular opinion if it is in favor of the customer.
  • Manage and prioritize workload and work towards multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated business acumen while influencing and managing cross-functional relationships.
  • Action-oriented in solving challenging business and technical issues. Detail-oriented and a passion for data with the ability to accurately summarize and share the relevant details.
