Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement cost management strategies
  • Manage pre and post-contract duties, including cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration
  • Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
  • Tender and procure, including managing the pre-qualification stage and producing the tender report
  • Perform cost risk analysis and provide input into value engineering
  • Negotiate and approve final accounts

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services across the full construction project lifecycle
  • Fluent in Spanish and business-level English
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients
