A Day in the Life
This is an office-based role with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively impact our customers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage the unique challenges of the transportation team.

Amazon's Transportation Services team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a critical role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to ensure the efficient transportation of Amazon's products. Our team captures data and uses it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Spanish (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
