About Everbliss Green

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Freelance Marketing Specialist to join our team for the upcoming Sea Otter Europe 2024 event. This is a part-time opportunity that requires a strong marketing background and excellent communication skills.

Job Summary

The Freelance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for handling all marketing-related matters at our booth, including:

  • Assisting in the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and signage.
  • Supporting the setup requirements and addressing on-site issues or concerns.
  • Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of exhibition materials and equipment.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting exhibition attendees.
  • Helping to manage visitor flow, answer inquiries, and provide event information.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth operations during the exhibition.
  • Assisting in coordinating logistics, including inventory management and transportation arrangements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).
  • A positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions attentively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual work, including lifting and moving exhibition materials.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and technology.
  • A strong commitment to professionalism and delivering high-quality service.

Education

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
