About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team and contribute to our data-led commercial performance excellence. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will partner with stakeholders to identify, refine, and prioritize business questions, generate insights, and develop recommendations that drive business value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with commercial business stakeholders to identify and prioritize key business questions, both short-term and long-term.
  • Advise on analysis plans and conduct analysis using internal and external data sources to generate insights and answer business questions.
  • Promote a test and learn, data-driven approach to hypothesis formulation and testing.
  • Manage analysis projects end-to-end, ensuring that analysis generates insights and insights become compelling recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of teams and seniorities across the organization.

The Business Questions We Work On:

Our work covers topics such as brand positioning, customer acquisition and investments, customer retention, lifecycle, and segmentation, pricing and promotional strategy, market strategy, modeling, and forecasting.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Extensive experience in a consulting, analytics, or other data-driven role, with strong business acumen, ideally in an international environment.
  • Decisive thinker with a strong understanding of ecommerce business models, the economics of digital and offline marketing, and evaluating competitors in a market.
  • Ability to ask probing questions, challenge the status quo, generate creative solutions, and have a bias for action.
  • Identifies optimization opportunities and analyzes potentially complex issues.
  • Proactive and autonomous, inquisitive and collaborative, with the ability to focus, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to compellingly communicate insights and recommendations to drive business value.
  • Ability to network remotely, build relationships, and operate effectively within a decentralized community across different geographical locations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively across projects, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
