We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administrative functions for approximately one hundred employees spread across ten countries.
Key Responsibilities- Execute various payroll-related activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation within the given deadlines.
- Manage personnel administration, including drafting employment contracts and amendments, handling onboarding and offboarding formalities, and managing internship and apprenticeship files.
- Conduct legal and regulatory watch to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Administer the HRIS (Lucca) and keep HR data up to date.
- Maintain the HR intranet with all information related to payroll, regulations, and employee benefits.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment and within a European scope.
- Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills (multiple stakeholders).
- Rigorous and well-organized.
- Effective communication with executives, managers, and employees at all organisational levels.
- High sense of confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to manage emergencies, focused on efficiency and results.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Motivated and eager to work as part of a team.
- Good written and spoken English is imperative, French is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lucca is a plus.
