Food and Beverage Director

As a key member of the Accor Hotels team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Department to achieve exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive departmental growth and profitability.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
- Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
- Recruit and select Food and Beverage Heads of Department who embody the company's values and can work effectively within a decentralized management structure.
- Monitor service and food and beverage standards in all outlets and banquets, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Establish a rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Coordinate the formulation of the Annual Marketing Plan to establish a list of marketing activities aligned with the company's business objectives.
- A luxury service focus, distinguished presence, and elevated emotional intelligence.
- Five years of experience in a food and beverage senior leadership role in a large operational team with multiple outlets.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong networking skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience in building a strong team culture and a record of high performance and achievement.
