Director of Food and Beverage Operations

At W Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage Operations to lead our food and beverage team. As a strategic business leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing the division's strategy, ensuring implementation of brand service standards and initiatives, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain food and beverage goals, setting expectations and holding the leadership team accountable for demonstrating desired service behaviors.
- Review financial reports and statements to determine how Food and Beverage is performing against budget, making recommendations for CAPEX funding and developing strategies to improve financial performance.
- Establish challenging, realistic, and obtainable goals to guide operation and performance, striving to improve service performance.
- Develop and manage Food and Beverage budget, monitoring actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- Lead the Food and Beverage team, utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others, achieving and exceeding goals including performance, budget, and team goals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, providing services that exceed customer satisfaction and retention, improving service by assisting individuals to understand guest needs.
- Education to university level.
- Relevant experience in a similar position managing multiple outlets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
