We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing national logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of goods from our warehouse to installation sites.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Management: Oversee the management of national logistics, focusing on the delivery of goods from our warehouse to installation sites.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Design, develop, and implement solutions to improve logistic flows, meeting Quality, Cost, Delay, and EHS targets.
- Transportation Planning: Plan and manage packing, shipping, and outbound transportation from your site to external suppliers and customers.
- Inventory Management: Ensure that the supplier follows the supply chain specification and implement actions to align physical flow and system flow.
- Team Management: Manage logistics/Transport Operators in the team and align team members' activities to the warehouse workload.
- Education: College degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or similar.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (mother tongue or bilingual).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position, with experience in team management and use of ERP SAP.
- Skills: Good communication, leadership, and initiative skills, operational effectiveness/accountability, collaboration/teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
