About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to showcase your selling power, exceptional sales intuition, and ability to inform customers about solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Life Cycle Management: Manage the sales life cycle from Sales Qualified Leads to securing a deal.
  • New Sales Opportunities: Identify new sales opportunities through networking and building strong client relationships.
  • Solution Demonstrations: Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of EQS solutions to prospects based on their needs and priorities.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on KPIs to management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the service and implementation teams as well as marketing, growth, and product development.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Business.
  • B2B SaaS Experience: Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken language skills in Italian and English.
  • Sales Strategies: Experience effectively leveraging sales strategies, such as value-selling, MEDDPICC, or similar.
  • Team Player: Ability to own and work independently toward goals.
  • Client Focus: Focused on delivering the best outcome for clients.
  • Flexibility: High level of flexibility and adaptability.
