Job Title:

Customer Service Representative - Italian Market

Job Summary:

Portwest is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a point of contact for customers in the Italian market. The successful candidate will provide timely customer support and query resolution services, escalating significant issues as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in the Italian market with general queries
  • Respond to queries in a timely fashion, in accordance with agreed KPIs
  • Provide proactive updates to customers on their issues and use communication skills to minimise delays
  • Utilise a range of communication mechanisms to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update internal systems with records of customer interactions, communications and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Gather intel on common flaws or problems and coordinate feedback to relevant departments
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service or commercial environment
  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken
  • Good level of English
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email and experience using other internal systems
  • Experience working with customers
  • Positive and proactive attitude
