Job Title: Senior Global Product Manager Psoriasis

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Product Manager to join our team at Almirall Hermal. As a key member of our Immuno-Dermatology business unit, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a strategic asset, collaborating with global teams to develop robust strategic platforms, and driving successful multidisciplinary execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the market and ecosystem in Dermatology, integrating patient and HCP insights into brand strategy
  • Develop campaigns and brand plans to meet industry developments and changes
  • Create and manage digital content and innovative initiatives to align with company marketing strategies
  • Secure sophisticated scientific communication using all channels to create value for customers and patients
  • Contribute to strategic and tactical planning, including market opportunity assessment and customer insights generation
  • Support financial planning and monitoring, including sales forecasts and budget management

Requirements:

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Healthcare Science
  • 7-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years as a Product Manager in a global, regional, or local scope in Europe
  • Experience with Hospital Products and Dermatology Prescription Marketing
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans
  • Excellent proficiency in English, with German a plus
