Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Product Manager to join our team at Almirall Hermal GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global strategies, and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Asset Management: Support and manage a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology, ensuring alignment with global and local business objectives.
  • Global Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement global strategies, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, and customer mapping and segmentation.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives to drive business growth, including digital content creation, campaign development, and scientific communication.
  • Financial Planning and Monitoring: Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-8 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager (preferably in a global, regional, or local scope in Europe) working in competitive markets.
  • Expertise: Experience with Hospital Products is a must. Expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing and/or biological products is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans, as well as their implementation and monitoring. Excellent proficiency in English is essential; German would be a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Results-oriented individual with strong analytical and strategic skills, creativity, and teamwork orientation. Ability to connect with cross-functional colleagues and external stakeholders.
