About the Role: Join our dynamic Technology and Platform Services team, where we focus on architecting and securing the infrastructure that underpins our diverse services. Our emphasis is on scalability, continuous enhancement, and fostering innovation through collaboration.

  • Engage with the functional team to outline testing parameters and implement automated testing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Developers to gain insights into technical functionalities.
  • Design and document test cases for User Stories and bug fixes.
  • Develop and assess automation scripts for efficiency.
  • Enhance and manage the Automated script repository.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and refinement of QA processes.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and propose actionable solutions.
  • Participate in critical technical decision-making.
  • Conduct manual testing as required.
  • Support the mentoring of team members in the Automation Framework.
  • Champion a Quality-first mindset within the team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously.

Qualifications:

  • (Preferred) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • (Preferred) At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with REST services, C#, Selenium, Jenkins, GIT, and Postman.
  • Familiarity with Component Integration Testing, Web Application Testing, and Regression Testing.
  • Proficient in SQL and knowledgeable about Scrum methodologies.
  • (Bonus) Experience with Zalenium.

Role Insights: This position primarily involves Automation (70-80%), with the remaining responsibilities encompassing manual testing to support automation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automation and a collaborative spirit, taking ownership of automation initiatives within the team. Key responsibilities include strategic test planning, crafting test plans, reviewing Developer contributions, maintaining testing frameworks, conducting manual checks when necessary, validating bug fixes, performing integration testing, and executing exploratory testing.
